Nurturing and Exploring Students Talent
Nurturing and Exploring Students Talent (NEST) is a scientifically developed educational program initiated by Team incubation to tackle and curb multifarious learning difficulties and scholastic backwardness among upper primary and high school students.
NEST project was begun in Himayathul Islam Higher Secondary School at Kozhikode for upper primary students for a batch consisting of more than 36 students. The project was a significant success and we further developed to other schools.
In 2016 conducted the same with40 students in NEST child development center, Koyilandy, Calicut, and the program lasted for a period of 6 months and the same was also carried out in Keezhariyoor Govt UP School, Koyilandy, Calicut and Ansar orphanage, Areekode, Malapuram.
In 2017, a 10 day NEST camp was conducted in Koduvally lower primary school for 60 students, in the initial four months of 2018 also continued the project with 175 students.
The remediation stage of NEST project will enable at risk students to improve their reading and writing skills through utilization of our particular method equipped with well trained trainers and academic tutors. Students undergone this innovative learning system will be able to utilize all their classroom materials, including textbooks providing them access to the general curriculum. The students will increase their reading speed, comprehension, and writing skills which will help them obtain classroom subject proficiency.
